The initial intake appointments are scheduled through our main office, but you will schedule followup appointments directly with your service provider. The first appointment will generally be for a face-to-face assessment or evaluation (read more about this in the Intake page under "Our Services").

Please Note:  A receptionist may not always be present when you arrive at the office.  Please come in and have a seat.  Your service provider will be with you at the appointed time. If your service provider is not available at the agreed upon time and there is no receptionist at that time, call the office number at (832) 532-0129.

To cancel and reschedule an appointment, please give Gratia Plena at least 24 hours notice.  We often travel around the Galveston-Houston area, and may drive a good distance for your appointment.  After the first intake evaluation, we charge a $25 fee for no-shows , and for counseling or spiritual direction appointments that are changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the original appointment time.
